1930 Model A. During the war petrol was rationed. This is a coke burner on the back which made gas to run the car. Note bags of coke on running board.

This photo was commissioned by Farmers Motors to display the newly released Vauxhall Victor.  Several of us were enlisted to show that the vehicle was a true 6 seater.  The photo  was taken outside the Engineering Building at the new Ilam University site.
