Charlotte on a motorbike

circa 1923

This is my grandmother Charlotte Rita Dalrymple on my granfather's bike. She is approx 18 in this photo, taken here in Christchurch. She was a wonderful fun hard working person who enjoyed life. She lived until 100 years and a few months. She met the man of her dreams at the young age of 16 (Sid Marsh). They later married when she was 21 years old. Had a very happy married life.
