Tonks Norton's Buildings, Hereford Street

Frebruary 1900

At the time this was considered to be one of the most handsome buildings in New Zealand. Designed by Fred J. Barlow and W.A.P. Clarkson (1863-1917), it was built in a classic style of stone and brickwork with oriel windows on the first floor. Messrs. Tonks Norton & Co. were auctioneers

Chellowdean house, MacMillan Ave, Cashmere
