"Taken during the flooding in 2013 of the Flockton Basin area of Shirley. Interestingly, despite living here for a while, I'd never heard heard the term "Flockton Basin" before, until it filled with water, and then for a short period of time it was the most talked about location in the local media (to the detriment of the local real estate market I imagine)." - Contributor's note
