Council bins, Rocking Horse Road, Southshore

Two council bins knocked over by the wind outside 203 Rocking Horse Road, Southshore. Green bins are for organics, yellow for recycling and red for rubbish. Each bin is emptied once a fortnight as part of the Love Your Rubbish program.
