USAF F-16 Fighting Falcon flying overhead on approach to Christchurch

I was almost directly under the approach path of this USAF F-16 Fighting Falcon that had just returned from an aerobatic display at Warbirds over Wanaka, and was about to land at Christchurch International Airport.
