30 December 1981

Family barbecue at my brother's house. Beach towels on the line. Para pool with polystyrene float board. Lots of tanned bodies. Old style folding chairs. Deck chairs with canvas covering, fringed top & steel tube frame - made to last! Old large beer bottle. Kitchen step stool with fold-up seat. Highly commended entry in the 2013 Christchurch City Libraries Photo Hunt.
