Ladies Highland Pipe Band on a sponsored walk to Ashburton

Members of The City of Christchurch Ladies Highland Pipe Band on a sponsored march hopefully to Ashburton. They got as far as Norwood and the blisters would not let them go any further. They were very pleased with their effort. Beverly Millar as Drum Major and Margaret Geddes Pipe Major.
