Sarah (left) and Heather on a weekend outing in the central city as part of the IHC Volunteer Friendship programme. Taken from the Gloucester Street end of New Regent Street. This photograph was taken as part of the IHC Selfie Competition 2019 using a selfie stick.

Heather didn't choose this photograph to be entered into the final competition but she enjoyed the experience of walking around the central city on a sunny winter's day.
