1940-45

"Mary Ann Arthur (nee Hastie) born 1864, who married Charles Arthur in NZ in 1885 died 1951. Her parents were Margaret and John Hastie who owned the Hurinui Hotel. Mary's daughter, Florence Templeton (nee Arthur) stands next to her and Florence's daughter, Lorna Vallance (born 1920) stands next to Florence. The girl on the chair is Lorna's daughter Patricia Vallance. This is 4 generations of women.
