After the 22 February 2011 earthquake Amateur Radio Emergency Communications (AREC) and SAR volunteers were tasked by Civil Defence to travel to Lyttelton, via the damaged road tunnel, to survey damage and report back. This photo was taken on a grassed area near the tank farm.
