View from the intersection of Lichfield Street and Manchester Street looking along empty High Street towards Cashel Street. Taken during the first days of New Zealand moving from COVID-19 Alert Level 4 to Alert Level 3 which meant limitations on trading and movement, leaving the central city empty.
