Firefighter with a breathing apparatus tank
Firefighter with a breathing apparatus tank
Interesting photos of the store front, a firefighter wearing a breathing apparatus tank on his back, partially obscured by the parking meter in no.7, handling a hose amidst other hoses seemingly going in all directions along the wet footpath, several other firefighters inside are obscured in darkened doorway. In the shop front windows advertisements and prices for another type of hoses, garden hoses, Reflections in these windows of firefighters, an engine, crowds and a building. As in photo 2 cardboard boxes outside the door, which makes one wonder perhaps these were moved from side the store by Para staff in an effort to save some goods as the fire started, or maybe moved by firefighters to enable them easier access.
