Foundation stone for St Luke's Parish Hall, Manchester Street, The Pump House
Foundation stone for St Luke's Parish Hall, Manchester Street which reads: This stone was laid by Lady Wigram Oct. 15th 1933.
The parish hall in question was built by Mr. T. E. Marriott and designed by Messrs Ellis and Hall, architects.
