Contributor's note: My husband's father with his mother. This photo was taken by the photographer who would roam along in front of the Cathedral taking photos and ask the person in the photo if they would like a copy - for which you would be given piece of paper with the date the photo would be available to be picked up from the photographers studio - usually a week later. I remember seeing the man regularly outside the Cathedral and my mother buying a few of these over the years.
