A toddler with a sign 'We need nurses!', supporting his dad at a New Zealand Nurses Organisation rally in Victoria Square following a protest march from the Bridge of Remembrance. The protest was to raise awareness of staff shortages, pay disputes including pay equity and other working condition grievances felt by the nursing community.
