Judith Fairbrother, as Queen Elizabeth II, and Andrew Phipps as the Duke of Edinburgh on the back of a car as part of the University of Canterbury “Procesh”. In the front seat of the car are Robin Reid as chauffeur and John Paerata, holding the pistol, is security. Crowds are gathered in front of the Chief Post Office to watch the procession. The “Procesh” or procession was part of University of Canterbury Capping Week.
