View of Judith Fairbrother, dressed as Queen Elizabeth II, waving to the crowd of people gathered to watch the University of Canterbury “Procesh”. Seated beside her is Andrew Phipps who is dressed as the Duke of Edinburgh. The two people in the front seat are Robin Reid, chauffeur and John Paerata, security officer. The sign affixed to the car reads “Govt. Royal Tour £500. Varsity Tour only 4/8 d”. The “Procesh” or procession was part of University of Canterbury Capping Week.
