Wesley Hospital for the Aged foundation stone laid

1956

Christchurch mayor Ernest Andrews laying the foundation stone for the Wesley Hospital for the Aged by the Methodist Central Mission. The hospital was built on the site of the Wesley Lodge, the mission's eventide home on Park Terrace.
