Collage of present mental health facilities
Collage of present mental health facilities
Contributor’s note: “As part of our weekly group, we decided to look at the old and new spaces that deliver inpatient care for people experiencing mental illness under Te Whatu Ora - Waitaha. The rangatahi chose the buildings that they wanted to photograph. This was then put together into a collage presenting the past and the present. The photos capture the architecture of the time and the movement to less clinical space”.
