Flowers in road cones in Smith Street, in Woolston. The flowers in cones commemorate the tenth anniversary of the earthquake of 22 February 2011 which devastated Christchurch. In the background are Christchurch City Council offices and the fence of the Smith Street Community Farm. The fence has been painted with pumpkins by members of Girl Guiding New Zealand.
