Protest sign on Marine Parade, New Brighton, advertising Destiny Painting Service. Illustration shows rainbow stripes with contact details 0800 BRIAN. Probably a reference to recent painting out of rainbow crossings by the Destiny group, and its leader, Brian Tamaki, a self-described "bishop".
