Itik-itik Filipino Dance
Itik-itik Filipino Dance
To celebrate Philippine's 126th Independence Day, a mother and her two daughters danced to a Filipino folk dance called Itik-itik (duck), which originated from the province of Surigao in the island of Mindanao. In Itik-itik, the dance steps imitate the movements of ducks among rice paddies and swamplands, such as wading, flying, and short, choppy steps.
