As part of celebrating the the Philippine's 146th Independence Day in Supling Filipino Playgroup, the children tried playing sungka, pronounced soong-kah, a traditional Filipino game where two players compete to capture the majority of the shells. In this photo, the traditional Filipino wooden board was replaced by a mancala board.
