Bahay Kubo, a traditional Filipino folk song
In celebration of the Philippines 126th Independence Day, the playgroup sung "Bahay Kubo," a traditional Filipino folk song. The bahay Kubo is not only a dwelling but also talks about the abundance of locally grown produce around the house. Many of the fruits and vegetables mentioned in the song are also ingredients in traditional Filipino cooking.
