Message in a bottle - Victora Street
"A massive collaboration between OiYOU! Street Art and Dcypher (with help from fellow DTR crew mates Ikarus and Jacob Yikes), this work, tucked on a vacant wall on Victoria Street is an oversized message in a bottle. Deploying Dcypher's renowned technical ability to realise a tricky concept, the work is another landmark for Otautahi's ever changing collection of murals..." Information from "Watch this Space"
