An array of cakes produced during a baking competition held during the Oceania MathsJam Gathering 2021.

Contributors note: "Entries in the "Great Mathematical Bake-Off" competition, part of the Oceania MathsJam Gathering 2021 recreational maths conference (OMG21, 31st July - 1st August 2021) held in the 1066 Medieval Mosaic building in Geraldine, Canterbury. The entries are numbered and were titled as follows:. 1) πr^2, a square rhubarb pie. 2) Mathematical knots, cheesy bread knots . 3) Buffon’s carrot and celery sticks. 4) The (dynamic) mutilated chessboard problem, apple and carrot cake with liquorice tiles . 5) Hairy Ball Theorem, dark chocolate coconut truffles. 6) Banana cake."
