Ka Mua Ka Muri - sculpture in Hagley Park
Artist Kazu Nakagawa talks about his public sculpture, Ka Mua Ka Muri, and why he gifted it to the people of Ōtautahi Christchurch, New Zealand, after the deadly terrorist attack on masjidain in the city on 15 March 2019. The sculpture is permanently located outside the Multicultural Recreation and Community Centre (next to the netball courts) in South Hagley Park. The video includes footage shot inside and outside this building.
