Warming down from a hour long session at Monday Movers at South West Baptist Church, 6 Balcairn Street, Halswell. Sarah, class instructor pictured in foreground. The Monday Movers is an exercise group for people in the 'second halves of their life'. The group holds no religious connection, and uses the room at the church for recreational reasons.
