Children at Bishopdale Primary School
A group of five children sat outside a classroom at Bishopdale Primary School at 468 Greers Road, Bishopdale. The photographer added the following information: "The primary school was more than happy for me come photograph the children. I spent lunch time walking around with the principal; the children were very interested in my camera, they asked if I was working for the newspaper and even One News. After lunch was finished she took me through the class, I was a bit of a distraction to the kids so we kept my time in keep class brief. The school showed a lot of diversity with about 50 percent or more of the students being from different culture and ethnic backgrounds, the principal said they had a very good kapa haka and rugby team."
