Garden at Grange Street Opawa
Garden at Grange Street Opawa
My parents bought their first home in Grange Street, Opawa in 1953. They were great gardeners. The patch of potatoes (above my mother's back) was grown prior to the planting of a lawn. Fence palings were purchased weekly. By the time they left this house in 1959 there was a garage and concrete driveway and two children.
