208 Worcester St.- Milk bottles and payment, 1980s
This boarding house stood on the Worcester St/Barbadoes St corner. Driving past I noticed an elderly man sitting on the veranda in the sun. He sat like a statue while I took his photo. I even got in really close to snap his milk bottles. A few days later I returned and gave him some prints. Only then did he smile. The building is no longer there following the earthquakes.
Highly commended entry in the 2013 Christchurch City Libraries Photo Hunt.
