John Moore on the job at the Gebbies Pass Radio Transmission Station

1930s

The Gebbies Pass radio transmitter was one of several erected by the New Zealand Broadcasting Board between 1932 &1936 to extend radio broadcasting coverage in the main centres.
Highly commended in the 2014 Christchurch City Libraries Photo Hunt.
