Replacing speed limit signs

2 April 1984

Allan Baker of and Rex Davey of Waimairi District Council replacing speed limit signs on Memorial Avenue between the Greers Road intersection and the Russley Golf Club entrance. This section is the first in New Zealand to be given a 6km/h speed limit.
