Milne families and a caravan in Lancaster Street
Milne families and a caravan in Lancaster Street
Dave and Val Milne with Bob and Olive Milne standing beside a caravan in Lancaster Street. Lancaster Park is visible in background.
Contributor's note: "Bob and Dave were brothers. Bob and Olive are Lesley Rae's parents. The ritual for the family was that every year a couple of days after Christmas, 3 families with their caravans traveled to Lake Rotoiti for 2 weeks holiday. Olive and Bob didn't have a car or a caravan so their family travelled with Dave and Val who did not have children of their own."
