Contributor's note: "Edgar Beynon appeared at the Palace in Blackpool. His wife Doris and daughter Doris are on the pavement. One of the many places in the world where my Uncle Edgar performed apart from Hay's Roof."

Handwritten annotation on reverse: "Edgar Beynon "Starred" with one of England's biggest "Stars" [Dorothy Ward] at the Palace, Blackpool 1925. Doris and little Doris are standing on footpath. Can keep this, Alf."
