Rock villa in Marriner Street, Sumner.
Contributor's note: "Having lived here in 1970s - Mr Hickmott then owned this grand building. There were 5 flats at that time. Rock villa was built in 1906 by members of the A. J. White family. It has been demolished since the earthquakes."
