Six sisters at the Botanic Gardens, 1946
Six sisters at the Botanic Gardens, 1946
Six sisters from Waterloo Road (me on right) taken at Christchurch Botanical Gardens, summer 1946. We all went to Hornby Primary Schoool, and Christchurch West High School. We are all still here today. We would have travelled there by tram, and with enough food and drinks for the day.
