Keeping a sense of humour about yet more liquefaction?

‎Sunday, ‎19 ‎June ‎2011

After the 13 June 2011 follow-up earthquake (6.0 magnitude), another massive wave of liquefaction silt appeared on our Avonside properties - even more than after Feb 2011 quake, in many cases. I spotted these toys left on a roadside silt pile near my house in Keller Street. Not sure whether it was an adult with a sense of humour, or a playful child making the best of things? (Did wonder if playing in sewage-contaminated liquefaction maybe not the safest pastime! But at that point, the stuff was basically impossible to avoid anyway...)
