Crowds gathered in Cathedral Square to watch the University of Canterbury “Procesh”
Crowds of people gathered in Cathedral Square to watch the University of Canterbury “Procesh” as part of Capping Week. David Peters and Gavin Francis are identified as the police officers on motorcycles, and Judith Fairbrother and Andrew Phipps are seated on the back seat of the trailing vehicle dressed as Queen Elizabeth II and the Duke of Edinburgh.
