These identical twin boys were premature and rehabilitated in Karitane Hospital, Cashmere. They lived at 356 Tuam Street in a small Edwardian house. They are seated on their wooden rockinghorses. Both these boys became well know art teachers in Christchurch. One deceased 15 years ago, the other is well known still today for his contribution to the Christchurch children's community and has a services medal from the Christchurch City Council.
