Avonside Girls' High School nursery school
Avonside Girls' High School nursery school
Portrait of children from the Avonside Girls’ High School nursery, alongside high school students caring for them.
Contributors note: "NURSERY SCHOOL – 1968. Our nursery school is situated in the Davis House. Every week half of 5G2 look after the children while the rest of the class goes to cooking. Two girls of the Nursery School group cook a meal that is suitable for children aged between three to five years. The girls are asked to arrive at school early on Friday mornings so that they can have all the equipment ready before the children arrive. This article was in the Avonside Girls' High School magazine 1968. The photo is of the students, children and teachers from the Nursery school which was a part of the Avonside Girls High School on Avonside Drive."
