Punting on the Kurashiki Canal, Christchurch’s sister city in Japan.

Contributors note: "Punting on the Kurashiki canal, in the Bikan Historical Quarter, from the bridge next to the Ohara Art Museum (大原美術館). Kurashiki (倉敷市), Okayama Prefecture, Japan. Kurashiki City and Christchurch, New Zealand, signed a sister city agreement on March 7, 1973. 倉敷市とNZのクライストチャーチ市は、1973年3月7日に姉妹都市縁組を締結. A tradition in common on opposite sides of the Pacific Ocean."
