Slip-sliding away
The riverbanks on Avonside Drive subsided dramatically towards water's edge following 22 Feb 2011 earthquake, although tall poplar trees rooted there somehow seemed to survive.... and the ubiquitous ducks definitely didn't mind at all! Photo taken near Swanns Road end of Avonside Drive, one day after the Feb quake.
