Add a commentWent to this marae on a schoolbtrip with my students. There is a story about the little slope of thee hill(as shown in picture). The bottom of thenhill is surrounded by ants, however the ants never go past the hill. It is said that the hill was blessedor a chsnt must of been said that somehow affects the ants from not going over the slope
