The Winsor family bach, Fleming Street, North Beach, 1920s
One of the many holiday homes built by W. H. Winsor along the foreshore between New Brighton and Waimairi Beach. The family - 3 daughters and various "hangers on" would catch the tram to New Brighton & trudge along the sand dunes with gear for the Christmas school holidays.
