Wren Family by Bridge of Remembrance ca 1944
Wren Family by Bridge of Remembrance ca 1944
The boy is my father Gavin Francis Wren, born 1940. He is holding the hand of his mother Eileen Hyacinth Wren & his sister Lorna Scott (Wren). The other man in the photos is Lorna's husband Eric Scott. They are on the river side of the Bridge of Remembrance. I don't know what the occasion is, but interesting that Cashel Street behind them is empty of people.
