The Chainbike
The Chainbike
My mother, Florence Leader is looking on as I, Margaret May Leader at about 6 moved into the new age of the better made, stronger quality chainbike usually with a small tin basket in front but my parents brought a bigger basket. Notice the leather (not plastic) saddle pouch at the back for tools. I loved this bike which took me up to the kindergarten and down the road. That door is the back entrance to our State house (Christchurch – Richmond)
